HERE WE ARE. THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
Many holidays are quickly approaching like Thanksgiving, Ramadan, Kwanzaa, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Hanukkah, and Fiesta of Our Lady of Guadalupe!!! (need to get in on that last one… lots of eating involved.)
No matter what you’re celebrating, Holidays can bring mixed emotions. Happiness about seeing family, annoyance about seeing family, stress about spending money on gifts, loneliness if you don’t have anyone to celebrate with, and the joy of time off work.
In order to keep some consistent positive feelings for the month of December, I’ve created a list has 48 acts of kindness. I will be completing at least one a day. Some acts are kind to others, a few kind to the environment, and many that are kind to yourself. Treat yourself well too! I hope you take this challenge with me to perform at least one good act each day for the month of December. You can make your own list or use mine!

I predict that this is going to make me feel great about myself, make me feel like I have a purpose every day, make others feel appreciated, be difficult and annoying some days, and create habits that carry on into future months.
