Write down the following:

  • 7 things you’re thankful for.
  • 4 different emotions you feel right now and why.
    (example: stressed because I have a lot to get done today)
  • 6 things you need to do in the next week
    (can be super simple like doing laundry)
  • 2 ways you could make more money.
  • 5 things you did within the last year that were really fun.
  • 3 things you want to accomplish by November 15, 2017
  • All the reasons and/or excuses why you haven’t already accomplished the above.
  • All the things you can do to make your November 15, 2017 goals happen.
  • 7 more things you’re thankful for
  • 1 person you’re going to text right now and tell them how they’re awesome

That’s it. I’m not here to give you any lesson or take-away. That’s all up to you.
